I am an experienced classroom teacher with twenty plus years in education. I taught students of all ages and academic levels from Kindergarten students up to adults. I taught all subjects in K-5 grades, ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) and Spanish. I hold a Bachelor Degree of Science in Elementary and Bilingual Education, N-6, a Florida Teaching Certificate in ESOL and Spanish, K-12., and an ESOL Endorsement.
Besides teaching large group of students in classrooms, I enjoy tutoring students on a one to one basis. I have been tutoring students for over twenty years. I create fun, motivating lessons to the specific learning style of the student to promote meaninful learning. My lessons are personalized to each student, and they are designed to reteach and master difficult skills. I offer competitive rates, flexible schedule with weekend hours, and multiple lesson discounts. I offer Online Tutoring and Summer classes for small group of students interested in learning ESOL (English as a Second Language) and Spanish at my home. Individual tutoring could be done at your home , mine , or a public library. I provide personal references from parents and students about my tutoring services and updated background checks.
