Creating a successful tutor-student relationship is key to a successful outcome.
I build trust. Trust is the conduit to confidence and growth. I create an environment that enables the student to feel comfortable taking small risks, experiment with techniques, and comfortably talk about whatever is unclear or confusing.
I go beyond mastery of content. Under my tutelage the student's learning, thinking, and test-taking skills will develop and grow, thereby accelerating their progress.
I guide and support the student in defining realistic goals, creating and mapping a plan in order to achieve said goals, resulting in positive, tangible outcomes.
