B.S. in Animal Therapy and Education from Cornell University M.A., Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University
I received a B.S. from Cornell University in Animal Therapy and Education, and both a M.A. and Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. My areas of interest have always included educational and mental health support in school-aged children. I am currently an Orton-Gillingham trained teacher at a co-ed elementary school for students with language-based learning disabilities. I have extensive experience with teaching a multisensory curriculum through direct instruction in a small class setting.
