Hi! My name is Courtney. I grew up in New Jersey. After attending James Madison University, I discovered a deep love for teaching, which led to joining Teach For America (TFA) in Memphis. For six years, I taught third and fourth grades, cultivating a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.

In the years that followed, I moved to New York City, where I served as a Vice Principal, continuing to develop as a leader in education. Throughout my 12 years as both a teacher and administrator, I have been driven by a passion for teaching the whole child, believing that unlocking each student’s potential requires targeted instruction and strong, personalized support.

Whether in the classroom or as an administrator, I am dedicated to empowering students while creating learning environments that encourage growth, creativity, and success.
