I have studied with many singing and acting coaches who are the top of their field including some who have been seen on the Broadway or Metropolitan opera stage like Broadway and recording star-Linda Eder, Broadway, Opera and NYC voice coach-Marishka Wierzbicki, The current star of Broadway's Phantom of the Opera-Michelle McConnell, Broadway and solo artist-Tyce Green, Director of the Annapolis Opera-Braxton Peters, and many more. As well as studying from these amazing teachers, I consistently take masterclasses around the country from such stars as Jeremy Jordan, Sierra Boggess, Laura Osnes, Megan Hilty, Danielle Ferland, Lindsay Mendez, and many many more.
Eliyahu has been taught by many incredible teachers including Marishka Wierzbicki, Tyce Green, Linda Eder, Michelle McConnell, and Braxton Peters to name a few.
On the side of regular private coaching, Eliyahu spends time taking masterclasses from many Broadway professionals such as Jeremy Jordan, Sierra Boggess, Laura Osnes, Lindsay Mendez, Alli Mauzey, and Danielle Ferland to name a few.
As a voice teacher, Eliyahu focuses on all aspects of the voice. From technique, to musicality, to connecting with the emotion behind the words.
When teaching audition prep, Eliyahu taps into his experiences from the many auditions and audition masterclasses he consistently attends, in order to help you learn everything you need to know about how to audition properly and to prepare your song/monologue for the audition.
Certified as a voice teacher by his current vocal coach, Broadway and opera star Marishka Wierzbicki, Eliyahu has taught privately in his hometown of Maryland for some time before moving to Massachusetts in September where he has been working as a professional voice teacher ever since.
As well as performing and teaching, Eliyahu has served as director and music director for multiple musical theatre productions in Maryland and Massachusetts.
Eliyahu is often noted by his immense knowledge on the world of theatre. His knowledge of the craft and the happenings on Broadway help with teaching the materials and performing. For those who are interested in learning more about the industry and the happenings of Broadway, Eliyahu will take time during the lessons to teach all the aspects of theatre so that the student is prepared and has the information needed to be a successful singer and actor.
