Veteran teacher with experience working with students and administrators within varying grade levels towards helping students reach their full potential. In my classroom teaching I look to focus on incorporating not only the core curriculum knowledge for the class assignment, but I look to expand the skills and talents that I believe the students will needs to work and succeed in the 21st Century Global Society. I have tailored and expanded my lesson plans to incorporate the concepts of Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration along with Creativity and Innovation that I feel that will students will need to work and compete in the global society that they will enter after they complete their formal education.
