Education
I received my B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta in 1992. I worked in the psychology field for several years and also worked as a personal trainer. I went back to school for education at Manhattanville College and earned my MPS in 1999. I am certified in Special Education K-12 and Secondary Social Studies 7-12.

I am an experienced teacher and tutor with 28 years of experience specializing in helping students improve their executive functioning skills. Many students struggle with organizing and prioritizing assignments as well as study skills. My goal is to teach students to internalize these skills and become independent learners. I also tutor for regents' exams in Global and American History as well as the English regents.
