I am Kina McKnight. I have years of experience working with students. I help students gain and keep confidence needed to score higher.

I. GENERAL GOALS FOR TUTORING

The goal of tutoring is primarily to improve the studying skills of my students having complications learning psychological concepts that are complex. These skills can be stressful experiences. I will provide insight from my academic experiences of many years. I will introduce my students to study habits I have acquired over the years, provide support and intervention as it applies to your ability to cope with certain issues as they relate to your peers, guardians, and school officials. My experience is in juvenile counseling and intervention. I will engage and maintain a professional relationship with you at all times.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TUTOR AND THE STUDENTS

By law, I am responsible to you, your guardians, and your support agencies or systems that assist me to better understand the way you are currently dealing with stressing issues at home, school, and in general that may occur before, during, and after tutoring. Not only must I adhere to laws that govern how I introduce appropriate treatment, I must also maintain the highest ethical character I am capable of displaying at all times.

I will consult my colleagues from time to time during tutoring to gain a different perspective in order to provide meaningful study habits. When these times occur, I will keep you involved as much as possible, so I am able to help others with similar conflict.
