I am a New York State certified Special Education Teacher. My certification and my teaching experience extends from grades K-12. I am currently employed as an Integrated Co-Teacher (ICT) with NYC Dept. of Education in a middle school, specifically 7th grade. I have been teaching for over 11 years and my passion is to help students grow, learn and discover how their education is the key component to their success.
My specialty is individualized instruction. I work with students to help them manage their workload in school, organize and prioritize assignments and prepare for projects, essays, exams but not limited to common core learning standards in Math, ELA, Social Studies and Science.
Developing a learning strategy that enables each child to learn the best way they can is my job and I take it seriously.
