It is best to start the college search and application process by the middle of junior year. The initial college list, testing strategy, teacher recommendation choices, and resume should be developed by the end of junior year. During the summer, visit colleges and brainstorm/develop essays. By fall of your senior year, you should be finalizing your essays and applications.
